As a Doorman for IVY By The Lake, you will be the friendly face of our establishment and an integral part of fostering safety. You are expected to have experience in similar roles such as bouncer or security guard and demonstrate exceptional observational know-how when it comes to determining legitimacy of IDs and managing confrontational situations with poise. Your physical agility, capacity to lift up 100 lbs., fast reflexes, strong communication skills along with your affable personality make you incredibly suited for fulfilling essential job functions from monitoring guests entering/exiting properly vetted by their ID's review through maintaining order amongst members while communicating effectively with staff & management if necessary.
